This property owners and facilities management are cashing in on the money.
I would name this unit as “Scum landlords and sorry management. The glass dining table hadn’t been wiped or cleaned. The units 1980’s furniture old, outdated and smelled musty. The dryer was broken and the only way to dry clothes were to duck tape the door closed in order for the dryer to start drying.ridiculous! The kitchen cabinets, countertops hadn’t been wiped down,pots and pans were thrown in the cabinets, old pillows and dirty blankets. The windows and sliding doors had not been wipe are cleaned since a decade ago, for the view of the beach, it was impossible to look out due the residue build up. During the COVID-19 pandemic/crisis, you would think the housekeeper would do a great job at cleaning and sanitizing. I’m surprised as to why this unit is on.
